These are both relatively new UHP all season tires at a moderate price. I think the Falken 912 is the successor to 512 and the Yoko W4s is the successor to S4. Anybody own or know about these tires?

I may be incorrect, but I don't think the W4s is a successor to the ADVAN S4s as they are much cheaper in price. They may be just a less expensive alternative but I don't know what you would give up in performance.

The S.4 is a new all season tire released this year. I have them in 245/45-17's. Can't say enough about the tires, but as I have only driven a couple of thousand miles, great handling along with a fantastic ride.
