Just though i'd give you guys a quick review if anyone was intrested in these tires....

Bought 4 shipped to my door for $260....One of the main attractive points was the fact that where else are you going to get a tire for $65 each? I ordered size 215/60/16. Has a 60,000 mile warranty as well. They were replacing some Dunlop touring tires that were way past their prime. The Falken's are also an H rated tire instead of the V's I had on there- reason for that being i'm never going to go 149 mph, and the lower speed rating + M&S rating is better for the snow and ice we get out here in CO.

First impressions- A damn nice tire. I've had them on for about 500 miles now, and all I can say is "wow"! They are exceptionally smooth, and extremely quiet on the roads on all surfaces. They track straight, and they have an instantanious response, although the higher profile (60) makes the back wallow some. Very predictable however. Real good for spirited mountain driving, as they seem glued to the road, and are very predictable when you are pushing them too far, whereas my old Dunlops would screech and howl, and break traction for no real reason without warning. Real nice tread design, and of our three conditions (Rain, Snow, Ice), i've only been able to test them out on Ice. They grip suprizingly well- they actually attempt to hold a candle to a dedicated winter tire, and do a decent job at it. Looking at the tread, I would not be suprized if it handled snow extremely well too.

Short version: I would reccomend these tires to anyone who wants a nice, quiet tire with long treadlife, but still wants the ability to shoot out for a day of twisty mountain roads! Seems like the perfect balance of both.
