Excelerate Tokico HTS sale?

Does anyone here know if excelerate still has the sale on these? I remember him having them over the summer on sale for 400$ but im wondering if it was only promotional or does the deal still remain? I tried calling but they are closed till monday and i want to order shocks today!

I ordered them 10 mins ago with promotional code price came out to 430 with shipping so I assume the code is valid since it went thru...but still looking to hear reviews of anyone with them installed on a tl
