Question Euromag EM10 wheel questions, lowering

I just decided to buy a set of these. I was going to get the Stance SC5 but I figured these looked more classy and cheaper lol. I like the concaved look a lot

Stats are
19x8.5 +32 Tires 235-35-19
19x9.5 +35 Tires 265-30-19

Questions about lowering springs. Should I buy a TEIN S tech kit now? It lowers 1.25 in the front and 1.4 in the rear? Or should I wait to see how much of a drop I need? Id like to have them the same day obviously tho since im not driving a 4x4 lol.

Does anyone have these size wheels and tires? Just wondered what springs you used that looked good.

Please don't tell me to buy coil overs, I cannot afford them.

I appreciate any help!

Here are pics of the wheels!

I just wish someone was running this set up wheel and tire size with a base TL, then I could order springs before the rims are here. Then I don't have to wait another week after I get the wheels.

Ebay has kits anywhere from a 1.2 to 2in drops. I wish I knew what to get now

check this out; if you get coilovers you could go any height you want.

Well they sell different springs. Hopefully someone has this set of wheels and can chime in with what springs.

if you want the concave look then u gotta be low enough to just about tuck tires. coilovers is the only way to go. of course springs are way cheaper. but eventually you'll have to buys shocks or the car is gonna ride like ass. why not save the money and kill two birds with one stone? I know its hard, but be patient and do things right....it'll pay off. my .02

I know coil over are what I should get, but in my main thread I stated please don't recommend them since I cant afford them now or any time soon. I have $250 and that's my max.

I just purchased the car, which wasn't cheap, then rims which killed me worse and that's all the money I have left over.

So anyone with springs with this setup could reply it would be greatly appreciated.

Don't mean to sound like a jerk I just cant buy coil overs so its not use talking about them :p lol.

^ seems like you have your priorities out of order. There is sound advice in this thread. Heed them or car will ride like a donkey cart. If your are dead set on springs, you need to upgrade your shocks.

at the very least; get the springs that DROP the most.

you'll be VERY unhappy that you spent some coin on rims; but didnt execute it correctly.

You won't get the stance you want with springs. The smarter thing would be to save that $250 and wait another month or two to save up for coils.

We gave him sound advice in his other thread and he decided to create another one.

I will say it again. And truly - I am NOT trying to be a dick but you keep asking for our help but don't like what we are saying to you.
If I were you I would buy coils before wheels. You will be much happier in the end. You can pick up a set of Tein Basics for a decent price and then save for the wheels. Your car will look good lowered with stock wheels. Your car will look like dog shit with wheels and no lowering.

Actually I created that other thread before this one asking if anyone had stance 5 wheels on their cars. Since I bought different wheels I started a new thread with the specs asking about lowering springs. I specifically said in the very first post I cannot buy coil overs and that I understand that's what everyone will say. I asked if anyone has this spec wheel and tire and have springs what they are using. So when I say I cannot buy coilovers after everyone suggests them is a waste of my time and yours. Not everyone has coil overs, not everyone has money coming out of their ears.

I have used springs on many other cars with nice wheels and never had a problem with it.

It seems all that happens these days in forums arguing and bickering, like people get all high and mighty over it. I asked specifically for what I wanted and get replys telling me to get what I said I cannot. Then you try to make me look like the bad guy.....

<<< Not trying to make you look like the bad guy at all. For those of us that have been on this forum for years, we have seen a countless number of similar requests and are giving you our best feedback. YES - you did say you cannot afford coils... What we are trying to tell you is to wait and don't get springs just yet. Save your money for as long as it takes to do this properly, otherwise you will do it again and in the long run you will be spending an extra $200.

I understand you have used just springs on other cars and been happy with the setup. However, from what you are saying you want to accomplish we are telling you the truth, which is what you do not want to hear. Not to mention if you buy just springs it will damage your struts much faster and you will end up upgrading the struts before ling anyway. How many miles are on the current struts on your car? The car isn't new.

Do what you want and I will refrain from commenting any further. Just trying to offer sound advice.

Good choice! Lets say you rock them for a year while you save for coils, you can turn around and sell them for an easy 100.00. Thats ~65.00 you spent to have your car lowered for a year while you save. I loved my S-Techs and will be going the same route again. Ride was awesome and drop was great for every day driving.

You should take the advice given from ppl that have been on this forum for years and that have been through the ups and downs on modding the TL. You should just save ur money up and buy coils. Big deal if it takes you a while to get them. At least you then know that you did it rite the first time. I myself have been there with the s.techs on 20's and the shit looks gay as fuck. I then bought coils overs. So then I ended up putting the s.techs on my girls TL with the stickies. We then bought wheels for her car and bought coil overs as well. Then I ended up selling the s. techs for $100 on here to a member...all in all, we are here just giving you our 2 cents since you asked for it. But hey, different strokes for different folks...happy modding...

You'll like the S-Techs, I had them for over 3 years, but you'll end up spending more money getting them THEN getting coils, instead of just getting coils in the first place.

It's been a week since your last post here. Are the springs on? Have you gotten the wheels?

Yo, what happen with the wheels?
1. Did you buy them?
2. If you bought them did you like the wheels ?
3. How do they look on your car
4. How do the new rims and tires handle?
5. Are the wheels concave?
6. Do you like the wheels?

Please share I waited over a month for pics...
