Angry Eibach lowering springs on 04 TL!

Had my 04 TL lowered about 6 months ago with the Eibach 1" drop. The back end sits fine, the front sits a little higher. I don't like the uneven look, its only bout a 1/2 inch difference probably! It just bothers me! Wondering if nebodyz had this problem with eibach springs?

I do have the same springs Eibach and mine sits 1 finger gap front and rear. It really does have the illusion that the rear sits a little higher but actually is the car it self.
Do you guys have MT or AT? I heard the MT does make it to sit little higher in front than rear. Mine is AT and it does not have this problem. Just my

My understanding of this debate is that it's only "looks" uneven. The front wheel gap on our TL's are larger than the rear so when the car is lowered 1" all around, the front will appear to have a larger gap than the rear.

^ +1 he's right. i think i have an inch in the back and a little more than an inch in the front on my h&r coilovers...

btw are you measuring from the ground up? or are you just looking at the "gaps"?...try measuring from the ground up first; i bet you it's an even amount all around...?

To resolve that problem just install some koni adjustables to visually even it out

I know this is an old thread but just wanted to add that the rear sags quite a bit on mine as well with the Eibach Pro Kit. This is on an '04 TL 6spd. It's annoying... might just go with Tein SS's or maybe install some Koni Yellows...

you mean perch? lol

Go with Tein SS. they are alot more adjustible then koni's. it only has 3 perches. all seperated by 1 in or 1/2 in. on the SS you can adjust by MM to get the EXACT height you want.

i was going to make a thread about this tonight, but i might as well post in here then. I have the eibach pro kit also, and i hate how the gap is smaller in the rear than the front. I have a 1 finger gap in the rear and a 2 finger gap in the front. I was thinking about getting teins fronts only to drop it farther. How far can the koni yellows drop the front? i already have tokico blues all the way around.. What is my best bet to make this happen and the cheaper route

Agreed. Konis are the best way to remidy this Eibach-sim. BTW we sell the Neuspeed dampers, but you can also use the coupon in my sig.

Ah.. this was bugging me too. Hmm guess I'll deal with it til I can't stand it anymore, then upgrade to some coilovers.

Honestly, you got good springs. You just need good shocks now too. That's all coilovers are is good springs and shocks together.
