Do CT strut bars really make a noticeable difference in handling?

i really want to improve the handlin of my TL, but i think dropping is too extreme for me. TL's come with strutbars already right? cuz mine had one, but would CT bars make a big difference or even a noticeable one??

i also heard the 6speed TL come with thicker rear strut bars. is this true? if so then i guess i should just get the one for the front.

i hope 2 bars will make a good difference. i need to hear your experiences or opinons on it.

other then that. what else could improve the handling.??

Wells, to be honest with you...I have never heard anyone actually seen a BIG improvement with the front Strut Bar. But one major improvement in Handling would be sway bars. If you want something that can improve handling without a drop, sway bars are the way to go.

Instead of dropping it via springs or coilovers - an option would be the Aspec suspension. You will have a slight drop of about .5 in after it settles. You keep mentioning strutbars - or are you referring to anti-swaybar. The 5AT has a 17mm RSB and the 6MT has a 20mm RSB. Comptech's RSB is 22mm. The combination of these two components greatly improve driveablility, handling and cornering. Run a search on these items and view the comments made by the members. They are in favor of this combo. BTW, there is a front strut bar (shock-tower bar) and I think it's 45mm.

Is your car auto or 6MT? I've heard the Comptech rear swaybar is hard to tell the difference in 6MT.
