I was looking at the tire fitment guide from tires.com and it states that we are able to use 255/35/19 tires on the 3rd gen TL's. Has anyone tried this size on their car? Any pics?

Do you guys think it will rub if i was to use this on a 19x8.5" rim with a 45 offset lowered with A-Spec suspension?

I have 19x9.5 rears with 265/30/19 and fronts are 19x8.5 235/35/19

Since there is no benefit (aside form asthetics) to placing a larger diameter tire and wheel on the rear of the car, have you considered switching this around? The only time it makes sense to use larger diameter wheels/tires on the rear is when the rear wheels are the ones driving the car (this adds more traction). In this instance I simply don't see the point

imo front wheel and all wheel drive car should not have a staggered setup

I am running 235/35/19 with toyo tires and there is no rubbing issue. I have pics posted under 19" Zenetti five wheels
