Dip OEM Wheel in Chrome

Guys

I live in New York and my OEM 5 spoke wheels are chrome, but one of them got scratched and chipped from the curb...Do any of you know who I can go to to get that one wheel dipped or chromed? It's just one part of one wheel so I don't reallly want to but another wheel unless it is very affordable...

I plead ignorance to the makeup of 5 spoke chrome wheels, as i dont know if they are actual chrome or just paint...but either way....maybe you could apply "chrome-look" paint on the wheels to fix the blemish...just a thought...
