Determining Tein SA drop amount

Determining Tein SA drop amount
Is there an easy way to determine adjustment of height on Tein SA's? say, for example, adjusting X number of threads = X adjustment in height? or does that change depending on what degree the spring is compressed when you are doing the adjustment?
I know they tell you to measure from the bottom of the threads to the perch when you are setting the initial suggested 1" height, but i'm fairly sure if you adjust that 1/4 or 1/2", that does not equate to 1/4" or 1/2" difference in actual body height, but correct me if i'm wrong here. I googled but i couldn't find any good info on it.

I don't think there's an exact measurement or correlation between the number of threads that are adjusted for and what the drop is in height. The only sure fire way is to adjust the coilovers and then re-measure.

Ok thanks, i was just seeing if there was a better way than taking the wheels on and off to adjust.
