Damper Fork Bolt

Any tricks to getting the lower Damper Fork bolt out? I've already broken an extension and ratchet trying to break it free and hammering doesn't appear to be doing anything.

Already have the nut off but I can't break the bolt free of the bushing.

Once I got the nut off, I put a flat head screwdriver through the hole and hit it very gently.

If its that bad, you def need to soak with good penetration lube for awhile. You can only do so much without damaging that bushing. Might have to replace it depending on how it goes.

I use the pen lube, and try to rotate the bolt and tap with a small sledge to help work the pen lube in, soak in for awhile. Then use a small sledge and punch to work it out, w/ a few accurate and forceful hits. I've honestly never had this problem on a 3rd gen though, but plenty on other Honda's.
