front is good, rear will require negative camber, as well as fender rolling, biggest tire you could run is 255, but expect to run into rubbing issues, 245 worked for me

No drop. Would I still need to roll rear fenders?? Are there any pics of the setup you mentioned floating around?

One last question: What would be the minimum offset to run 18x9 without a drop to have no rubbing issues?

Thanks to all who opined.

19x8 fr 35 offset-235/35-tire
19x9.5 rear 45 offset-245 or possibly 255/35 in rear

I plan to lower with h r spring 1.4 in front and 1.3 in rear...oh also my car is a tl-s auto-07....I was wondering if these rims would clear the brembos....They do make these rims in a 32 offsett as well....I basically dont want to have to put spacers i want the best fitment possibly....thanx

7.5" wide is awfully small for the TL-S, but to each his own I guess. Also, spacers are going to push the wheel out further, soo they have nothing to do with getting them to fit.

He's probably talking about the bbk though. Most likely, I think you'll need spacers.

Sorry if im breakin rules im a newb and my account hasnt been activated yet.

Anyone know offhand what the biggest sizes are for 20's? I want a deeper dish in back for sure.

Wondering how wide I can go all around and what series tire.

I would love to spank it but I do so much driving for work and I think it would be a bad idea.

I've seen a few wit dubs with stock springs that look dropped.

Hoping to do that.

Can we fit a 40 series on 20's or does it gotta be 35? Thanks guys.

Has to be 30 lol. People run 20x10's in the rear with 245's or 255's. I've also seen a few people run 265 while rubbing or negative camber/fender modifications.

that will fit no problem at all, you would want to run 235/35-19 or 245/35-19 in front and 245/35-19 or 255/30-19 in the rear good luck

imo I would run 245/35-19 all around

18x8 with an offset between +32 and +45
1x8.5 with an offset between +35 and +45

that is your best bet

18x7.5 +42 would require ATLEAST a 20mm spacer

the problem with 9" infront is the bbk clearance is very limited unless the wheel is custom ordered, you will need to stay above +35 to avoid any rubbing issues, the rear would need to be at or above +40 to avoid rubbing

I've never heard of shaving the back of the rim before and would not recommend it

19x9 +35
19x10 +40

you are good to go
rock 235 or 245 /35-19 for the fronts
245/35-19 rear or 255/30-19 rear

good luck

there is a good chance that it does, spoke design is key, the +35 according to back space calculations clears and the +32 definitely clears

Anybody know if therse would work on a 08 type S? 20X9 staggered. I couldn't find offset info although ad in the magazine claims high caliper clearance. My Type S is NBP, the accord kinda gives me an idea of how they would look.

All new for 2008, the Elite is a five spoke Face design with a deep curve to the center of the wheel. This gives the wheel the new concave look that all the top tuners are looking for. The matte black with raised machined outlines give this wheel the ultimate style and trend for the 2009 season. Available in 19 and 20 inch staggered application. Including the new Infiniti G37 S fitment!!!.

I don't think the +40's work. Check out the +30 offsets, those fit

Car: 2005 Acura TL 6MT
Wheel Choice: 17" Enkei RFP1 (do they make 18"?)

what is the widest I can go that will fit over the stock brembos and get as close to the fender as possible without rubbing?

depends on the width of your tires, pick a size of tire and I will let you know yes or no

aznbo187 is rocking 17x9.5 with spacers for the brakes, his setup is so extreme that he does in fact rub

the only rpf1 in 17" that clear the brembos are the 17x8.5 +40
the 17x9 +35 will not clear the brembos without a 10mm spacer

I put 17x8.5 +40 in my front and 17x9 +45 in my rear
255/40-17 all around

in 18" pick an offset between 35 and 40 in x8.5 and it will clear
