Custom wheel spacer question
Hey! Quick question for the wheel experts ...
I got a nice deal on some used 19" wheels/tires but the bolt pattern is 5x112. motorsport-tech.com can fabricate hub centric custom wheel adapters/spacers to convert to the 5x114.3 bolt pattern and the thickness is customizable. The website lists 19mm as the minimum thickness but I was told they can do 15mm. The wheels pretty much have the same specs as OEM - 8" wide, +45 offset (although 19" and 5x112) and the tires are 235/35/19 Continental DW's.
Given the opportunity to select whatever thickness you wanted for the front and rear, what would you select to avoid rubbing or rolling fenders. Most people with stock specs use 15mm for the front and 20mm in the back as they are common sizes. Would I be better off with 18mm front and 22mm rear or some other combo? If I'll be getting too close to rubbing then I'd prefer to go with 15/20. I should also mention the car is lowered on Aspec suspension.
Thanks in advance!!

i'd recommend 15 and 20m. however with 15, the oem studs would protrude a bit, so make sure the back side of your wheels has the holes to let the oem stud pass through, otherwise your wheels wont fit on the hub. oem wheels have the holes but Im not sure if all aftermarket wheels do.
