i tried to fit these same wheels on my 2002 tl-s and i had caliper clearance issues on the front wheels so i returned them. go here and look for that album (it's called damn stinking wheels)...

there was a guy that showed up at the so called 2nd annual socal meet at ikea in the city of industry, ca that had these same wheels on the same car as mine. he said he had no problems with fitment. i tried to search but couldn't find much, so you might want to try harder.
the 19s come with a 7.5" width and a +44mm offset. i think rubbing can be an issue with 235/35 tires so you might want to go with 225s instead. however, these wheels do look very good for the price...only better would be the 3-pc version.

What ususally happens is that when the front brake pads wear down, the calipers will sink down a bit. As a result, there seems to be more room for wheels to clear the front calipers.
My previous car, an Integra, had exactly the same problem. After new brake pads were installed, the front calipers keep scrapping the inside of the wheels badly . It ended up that the front calipers had to be grinded down considerably in order to fix the clearance problem.
