Coilover Winter prep

Hey everyone, i needed some advice on prepping my coilovers for a Boston winter. I need to protect them from the sand/salt. I was going to try and make my own covers for them but i gave up on that idea. My real question is has anyone on here had to prep their coilovers for winter? If so what did you guys do? I heard of people on other sites either putting anti seize on or spraying them with wd40 and cleaning them, then using electrical tape and wrapping up the threads. Does this actually work?

Not sure what brand coilovers you have, but here's a great video on how to winter prep a set.

Be sure to check out our website for great pricing on all quality suspension components including coilovers!
