OK first, I searched and couldn't find anything related to this...

I am exploring the idea of dipping my rims. Anyone done this before? Anyone know how much it might run me? Also, how long does it take since my rims will be tied up, or is there an exchange program in place?

I know there is a dude on fleabay selling new 2nd gen wheels that have been chromed. It shouldn't be too expensive. There are also some shops in Cali that do chroming for something like $450.

I'd say rather than chroming those sorry excuse wheels, get the chrome like a-specs
