Can't find the right spacers?
I have a 2007 TL, I picked up a pair of wheels with a 63mm offset. When I had them put on they hit the tie rods in the back and the swing arm(?) behind the front wheels. Grabbed 2 different size spacer 5/16 and 7/32 and they worked for the rear but neither worked for the front! What do I do now?

I would probably run a 20-25mm spacer. Make sure it's hub centric. That should push the wheel out enough for you to fit the wheel. That will bring the offset to 43 or 38. I doubt you will have issues with the fender either.
