im trying to get staggered axis penta rims on my type s but idno if they would fit is it possible to fit 19x10 on my rear wheels?

yes the 19x10's would fit but i think the lowest offset you can go before having to pull and roll your fender would be about +28 iirc. But it is possible to do a 10" in the rear. But stretch tires are mandatory.

ok cool what you mean by stretch tires?

^ exactly what it sounds like. gotta stretch the tires to fit the rim, so the sidewall of the tire will not sit parallel with the rim edge.

I'm running 19x10 +23 on the rear of my TL with a 235/35 tire.. It has a nice stretch. I had my fenders rolled but ended up shaving the entire fender tab off so that I could max out my coilovers. I'm also running about -4 degrees of camber in the back to make it work.. It IS possible, but your gonna have to put in some work
