brand familiarity help
I just picked up my silver 05 TL 6MT yesterday. Having come from an Infiniti FX35 with sport package (20"), the stock wheel package seems small to me. Naturally, a wheel upgrade is in order.
Are any of you familiar with AZA wheels (on wheelmax.com) or HP Racing (Design) wheels? I have owned BBS, Speedline, Borbet, and TSW wheels in the past, the latter being the softest rim. I want a quality wheel at an affordable price that will clear the Brembos.
Any input would be much appreciated.

I have seen those wheel brands on their site, but do not know their history. If you want a good quality wheel, go with what you know, or some name brands, i.e. Volk, HRE, Konig, SSR, Advan etc etc..

No real solid reason.
I had sold my 02 A4 to get the FX so I could pull my snowmobile. About 6 months later, we bought an 04 Chevy Silverado Crew Cab so I didn't need pull with the FX anymore. We also moved further away from my work. Gas mileage in the FX was about 18 so the TL is much better. I also had 42k on my FX. The vehicle was a lot of fun but I do get bored easily. I try to justify it by using gas mileage but I am only saving about $20/week in gas. I seriously considered the G35 but mileage is just as poor and then I couldn't justify a new vehicle to the wife.

Funny...I get bored easily too. But I'll be keeping the TL for a while...

look into DPE or iForged strong wheels that come with alot of option ,i.e. colors, lip, offset, etc. They are the same quality wheels as HRE at a fraction of the cost. I highly recommend them.
