Bit the bullet: Enkei GTC01 18x8 40mm

Special ordered at Discount Tire. They beat the out-the-door cost I would have spent ordering them through TireRack. Get here Monday. To be wrapped in Eagle GTs 235/40-18. Will post photos once I get a chance to clean up the car (assuming it ever stops raining here).

Your pictures are protected and private, we can't view them... hence his joke with the masterlock...all we see is a huge lock.

LOL

Nice wheel selection though. I considered buying them but at close to $400 a rim...too pricey for me.

Ok...see the wheels now. the pic is HUGE

Look into 245/40-18 GT's. They will be a little wider/taller and they aren't an XL tire.

Take a look at the 245/40-18 Yoko W4s with a 9.2" wide tread and 25.6" height. Might be more to your liking.

I'll give them a call and see if they can get those and what the price difference is. Thanks!

Very nice. Those look good. And I'm a big fan of Discount Tire; they've always gone above and beyond for me.

EDIT: as for the rain . It caught us leaving lunch...got soaked getting back to the car. And my grass just continues to grow .

Just a softer ride without the extra load rating. The 235 is a 95W while the 245 is 93W.

Very nice choice. Can't go wrong with Enkei.

Can't wait for pics.
