for under 1000$ you can get TEIN Basic coils and a camber kit so your tires don't get messed up fast. why are your tires getting used up fast, did you get a wheel alignment after lowering your car? Camper wear shouldn't be that great that you would have to change your tires once a year, your toe is probably way out of spec.

neuspeed kit you can adjust the dampening on them so you can control how "bumpy" you want them

Koni SP3 perch-adjustable struts (lowest perch on front/middle on rear) with Eibach Pro-Kit springs = 1.8'' drop. handles and rides like a DREAM.

I, and many others swear by this matchup.

under 1000$, good luck to find some GOOD suspension. Personnally, I found a company that build and repair any kind of shocks. They built me some CoilOvers specially for my 04 TL. First I wanted a drop and I wanted to try my 6sp on the track...

To be honest, this was like DAY & NIGHT. The feeling is just crazy. I can adjust the height and also the damping easily.

I'm currently run a 1,75 inch drop - Front: @ 16/28 damping - Back: 5/28

The company can build pretty much anything you want. Since they did a coilover for my TL it is now available . Oh and the service is incredible

Here's the company I found located in Montréal: http://www.selexsuspension.com

The biggest mistake ive ever made with modding my car to date was using a front camber kit with the koni/eibach drop. The camber kit will bottom out (and it sounds REALLY bad when it does this) into the top of your strut tower on even the mildest bump. I took mine off and have had no adverse tire wear. STEER CLEAR!

You do need a rear kit however. I destroyed a set of tires before installing mine. Definately worth it!

Probably the best bang for the buck is the NEUSPEED Super Cup Kit with the Ingalls Rear Camber Kit. Only $850 shipped to the cont US and you get springs, awesome shocks that have different perches for ride height and adjustable damping, and a rear alignment kit to alter camber and toe.

$650 for the supercup kit, but i sold the neuspeed springs for $150 on the forums and bought a $230 set of eibachs springs.

So all in all, $750 doing the install myself...

Just curious why everyone don't like the neuspeed spring? is that bad or what? acutally I am planning to buy the supercup kit too with the sport spring front 1.75 rear 1.5....Do you think I need to use another brand of spring too? But I think front 1.75 rear 1.5 this set up is not too low and not too high..just 1CM gap?

The Neuspeed springs are fine. They have good build quality and fitment, .....they just give a harsher ride. Its not a HUGE difference, just a tad stiffer. This is because of the higher spring rate.

^^ I don't think you know exactly how happy you could be :P I did my install with the Eibachs then my buddies install with the Neuspeeds. Direct comparisons between vehicles showed a difference regardless of dampening/rebound adjustments ( Min.75 turn/Med 1.5 turn/Max 2.75 turn).
