Ok guys,
since u have Eibach, did u need camber kit or anything like that?
Also, would u guys recommend any others besides Eibach?
There are about 2 or 3 other names that offer 1" f/r but I'm worried about the ride.

I did a lot of research on all the brands, and the Eibach were recommended as having the ride closest to stock. Most people from the car customizing department at the local college run the Eibach ( same guys who will install mine when they come in).

It is noly 1" drop and I'm not sure if we need camber kit
Does anyone think we will need one? I don't want to change my tires every 3 or 4 months.

meheeltoe has a very good sticky on this subject. Most people don't get one unless the drop is more. I would just watch the tire wear, if it seems to be wearing quickly, then yes. I don't plan on it when mine are installed.

Make Sure They Don't Scratch Your Rims When They Do The Alignment. And Try To Find A Place With A Hunter That's Even With The Floor And Has A Lift Because Of The Height.

Going thru the Eibach website, it's called AJUSA.com. They were $213.57 with free shipping. Tire Rack was $214, but shipping was another $14. Summit was $268, thru Eibach they were $240.

Hey ckya,

Yep I got my alignment done...funny story..I went to Acura Woodbine to do it but their allignment machine can't do 19" rims...they can only do up to 18"s. So they actually sent me over to Toyota Woodbine to do it.

Rear camber is not adjustable on our cars unless we install a camber kit...the only thing that is adjustable is the TOE.

My rear left camber's at -1.9 degrees and my rear right is at -1.5 degrees.

As soon as you lower the car it's pretty much impossible not to have any negative camber without installing a camber kit. Anyhow...a little negative camber is great for handling.

The Toyota dealership where I got my alignment was using the latest Hunter machine. The guy told me it cost them approximately $85,000 to purchase that machine. The guy was nice enough to let me stay in the garage and watch him do it....they were really nice.

When my car rolled in pretty much all the mechanics stopped what they were doing and walked over to take a look at my car...hehehehe...that's a nice feeling.

Any one try the H&R springs. It is a little more than the Eibach drop. Wondered how they compared to Eibachs. Thanks

Yeah, H&R offer 1.4" front and 1.3" rear. Does any one have an idea if they will be OK with our stock shocks?

Thanks!!! I think these would look awesome on a SSM TLS. I'm not a huge fan of silver rims...I find them just too plain Jane.

These are the 5Zigen Sports Engine SC 3000 in Hyper Black. The rims also come in Hyper Silver (they look like plain silver to me). I paid $2400 CAD for the RIMS and Tires (General Exclaim 235/35/19) including installation, and wheel locks.

Good luck.

Thanks alot I was thinking about an aggressive 5 star style, but those rims look very classy I have an 07 ASM TL-S. Will those sweet rims fit the Brembo's? How much did you pay for the Einbach springs to get installed? I am concerned about who also does it. I don't want the back deck to start rattling. ALL answers are GREATLY appreciated I am having the A-Spec body kit being put on tomorrow. Then I want to lower 1" and light tint. I hope those sweet Hyper Black wheels will fit my 07 TL-S

I'm not 100% sure if they'll go over the Brembo's. As for the install of the springs, it cost me $200 CAD for the install.

I can't wait to see your ride once it's completed. If you end up getting the same rims that'll make 3 of us on this forum with them....ililililililililil has it on his NBP, myself on the WDP the you on the ASM.......SAWWWEEEEEEEEEEET!!!!

The car looks so much better without all that wheel gap.

First driving impression is that it rides pretty much like stock...I'm still running my stock shocks for now. However the car seems more stable around corners.

Anyhow...without further delay here are the pics:

When I asked about the same exact wheel size they said +38 offset for my 07 TL-S ?? What will that do? Make it farther out from the caliper. He said the 38 offset will make the tire flush with the body. I DON'T want it to stick out past the body, not even 1/8"

Sometimes I wish that I went with a +38 rather than a +45. Like your guy told you...the tire would sit more flush with the body. I'm running 235/35/19 tires and I would say that the side of the tire is atleast 5-6mm away from the fender. Oh well...

The 3 cars in my fav colors would make for some really awesome enlargements and framed I am trying to find out who enlarges dig camera pics to 20"x16" so I can frame them in black

I forgot, I have your car as my screen saver I am not sure if my ASM 07 TL-S would look better with Hyper Black or Hyper Silver???

LOL...I don't even have my car as my screen saver...my wife has enough of me talking about the car without having to look at it everytime she turns on the computer...hahahahaha.

I took a look at both the Hyper Black and Hyper Silver at the store where I purchased them. They brought both wheels outside and put it next to my car so that I could see which colour I liked better. I don't know if you'll be able to do that where you are....the store I bought them from is the Canadian distributor for 5Zigen wheels that's why they had both in stock.

The silver of the hyper silver's look like the silver on the stock rims. I find that the look is nice but the colour is plain. There's something about the Hyper Black's that give it that little kick. Sometimes when you look at it it kinda looks like chrome..but not...it's really cool.

I say go with the Hyper Black...it'll look hot on your silver ride!!!!

Triton3k did you get your Einbach pro springs on that 07 TL-S YET? What do you think. Please post pics. I am getting 19" wheels and want to lower with the same springs on my 07 TL-S. I was going to get it lowered today with the stock wheels but the installer said it might look silly lowered with stock wheels. He said its better to do it all at the same time. I really want to lower now. I think it will look better even with the stock 17" grey THINGS

Copyryte, I am highly considering Volk GT-C in Silver. I think if I change my mind the SC 3000 in Hyper Black is a possible second choice. I will wait on wheels until I am 100% sure. I want to lower first. I love your car The WDP with those wheels and in my opinion a big enough drop. I was set on going with Tein Basic or SS but today I was talked out of it. I was told those are only needed if you are going to a race track. And the ride will get quite a bit harder, He said the Einbach Pro springs give the car a nice lowering and keeps the ride nice with a little better handling. DOES your car handle any better? My 07 TL-S handles quite a bit better then my 06 TL. So I was affraid to stiffen the 07 TL-S anymore with coilovers. I had an older Firebird with WS-6 suspension with huge stabilizer bars. I put Koni's heavy duty Gas adjust shocks on the car. It handled like a Ferrari but rode like a rock. If I took a corner and hit a bump, the rear would jump!!!

I installed my springs myself. You do have to remove the back seat and the decklid. That was probably the hardest part of the install. I did use a spring compressor to compress the springs. It was a pretty easy install. I had a couple friends help and we had it done in less that two hours. I had it aligned last week and he said I am still within spec, so he said I don't need a camber kit. Now I'm just waiting for the new wheels to arrive.
I did my install this past weekend. Don't even try without a spring compressor!! I did it myself with lots of trial-and-error and it took me a day and a half. I found the A-Spec install instructions on this site (after I finished the fronts) which helped a ton with the back. I will post some pics soon, I am getting some new tires tonight, hopefully.. I went with the Goodyear Eagle F1's. Replacing my Yokohama's. I have read a ton of good reviews and have a friend with these on his Bmw.

Just a word of advice, unless you have some experience with suspensions, don't do the install yourself. I got it done, but it was not an easy install as others have suggested.
