Ball rolling noise in tires?
I got new type-s wheels with tires already mounted with TPMS insde. The tires are not on the car. So when I went to check out the condition of the tires, I rolled it, and noticed that there was some noise. It sounded like a small ball rolling inside the tires (like a marble rolling down a plastic pipe. I am just curious to what this noise. Does anyone have any idea?

Definitely something inside the tire. I've seen it happen before. It has the potential to make a balancing nightmare.

It would take a little bit of weight to throw things off but look at how little weight they add to the rims to balance your tires. This thing that's rolling around inside of your tire is on the outside diameter so it will have even more of an effect. If it's extremely light you might not notice it. If not, it will be out of balance at high speeds.

When you say run on a valve stem, are you asking about running the car on a standard valve, not TPMS. No problem, unless the car is equipped with a TPM system, then the alarm will sound evertime you start the car and the display will be lit.
If the car is an '06 or above you can always make an air tight container with the 4 TPMS sensors inside and keep in trunk.

Did you tell the tire shop there was a noise so they could look for it ? If not they would have just broke the bead and removed the tpms and and wouldn't have looked for it or even totally removed the tire from the rim.
