Balancing

I had the tires taken out from my old rims which weren't shaking at all and now i have the tires on different wheels which shake a lot at 75mph, now my question is if i put the tires back to the previous wheels which weren't shaking do they need to be balanced again? or not?

Won't have to rebalance your tires to mount them again.... Did you get aftermarket wheels? If so did they place hubcentric rings on it? and did you use aftermarket tuner lugs? If not thats why you have vibrations most likely

Hmmm sounds like a balancing issue, did you get get them road forced balanced I'd recommend getting that done. Also like Fulani said do you have aftermarket wheels? Do you have tuner lug nuts or hubcentric rings?

You really think so? Because that is good news i don't want to pay for balancing again. Yeah i got used aftermarket wheels from a member here but he didn't have the hub centric o-rings and i don't want to buy new ones for those wheels because they aren't worth it to keep.

Honestly sounds like a shitty balancing job, or usually sometimes at high speed vibrations could mean you have a cracked rim somewhere. I'd get the hub rings they are like 5 bucks, buy 2 sets just so you have spare set later down the road. Talk to the shop that balanced the tires tell them about your problem and maybe out of good grace they will rebalance them for you.

hubcentric rings cost <$15.

if those don't work get the wheels rebalanced on a hunter machine and check to make sure the lug nut seat is the correct shape.

Should of clarified it depends what kind of hub rings you get. The rubber ones are cheaper and do just as good as job as the metal ones. I prefer the rubber ones because the metal ones are known to seize to the rim.

I mean new hub rings will cost you like 20 from justforwheels.com and then another 40 for aftermarket lugs from muteki, or other manufacturers.... I guess these wheels were pretty shitty then if you not willing to drop 80-100 to get them to keep them from vibrating

They'll need to be balanced again as you have changed the relationship of the tire on the wheel.
