Been reading many threads about the aspec suspension but its all a bit confusing.

What is the difference in lowering height between all the different aspec suspensions?

04-06 automatic
04-06 manual
07-08 type S (is there also a different set for the auto/manual type S?)
Does a 07-08 base exist?

And I also heard they are all interchangeable between years, I just want to confirm that.

Any comments and info will be greatly appreciated

There are plenty of threads on this subject.

The biggest difference is between the manual and automatic transmission A-Spec suspensions. The manual transmission suspension on an auto transmission TL/TL-S will lower the front a good 1-1.25" while the rear will only lower about 0.5-.075" regardless of transmission (check out pics of my car in the Wash & Wax forum). I do not remember if the A-Spec suspension actually changed for the TL-S.

Thanks for the info. Any idea how much the auto tranny aspec will lower it. From my understanding, the manual aspec lowers the car more am i correct?
