Is anyone running this set-up
I have a few questions I was hoping I could get some help with,
I have a 02 TL Type S
I am looking to get the SSR GT3 18's and lower the car with H&R Sport Springs 1.75 F 1.50 R
What would you recommend for tire size 225/40/18 or 225/45/18?
Does anyone know the offest I need, so if I go with this set up I don't have to roll the fenders? I don't want to cut the car.
Does anyone have a upper strut bar? I am looking for a polished one.
Dooes anyone have a AEM CAI installed? If you do what is the increase in HP.
Thanks for your help,

I got what you need.
I'm getting the S2k, so i have the SSR GT-3 in 18" like turbo said. Wheels are off the ride already, not a single mark on them just alittle break dust. The tire size is the closest to your factory as possible. this link should explain. http://www.miata.net/garage/tirecalc.html
hit me with an email at vinc7@email.com if interested.

I didn't mind cutting the tab so I got 225/45 18 for my GT3's. The wheels are 18x8 with a +49 offset. The tires did rub the tab even with the stock springs.
Now the pros of having a tire different then mine aside from having to cut the tab off......is......TIRE SELECTION!! for 225/45 18, I have a choice of the Bridgestone SO-3 and a couple of Michellins....yes, a huge selection of three different tires! I'm sure(I hope) other choices will soon come out but that's it so far....I believe.
