Anyone ever used wheelsdirectonline.com before?

Has anyone ever used wheelsdirectonline.com before to buy wheels or know of anyone who has? I bought a set of wheels from them in November and they said that it would be 90 days because of special delivery from Japan. It has been close to 90 days now and I have been trying to get into contact with them and no one has responded to me or anything.

I was just wondering if anyone has dealt with them before or anything because at this point I am starting to feel like I am getting ripped off.

Thanks for any help you can give.

I was wondering if you had received your wheels yet or not. Did they send you an invoice?

Yeah I recieved my invoice the day I ordered them. I have not however recieved my wheels yet though and they still haven't returned my phone calls or e-mails. But I did get in touch with them through instant messenger. I was suprised a company doesn't return phone calls or e-mails but will talk through instant messenger with their customers.

They said that it would be 2 weeks till they got them and then 2 days to get to me. I'm still a little skeptical but I hope I just get my wheels sometime soon.

I ordered some wheels from randdmotorsports.com and they are giving me the run around bs. BLAH BLAH BLAH I'll call Mackin, I spend over $6000 worth of parts (2 Sets of wheels w/tires and Tein SS) and you can't have the decency to tell me whats going on w/ my order. I think majority of performance shops are like this though.

I'm sure your set of wheels will arrive in due time. It's a long and nerve racking wait but the rims will appear at your doorstep. I've waited 4 months for a greddy exhaust system and it was hell. Patience is virtue i've learned.

Whenever I make purchases online (especially major purchases), I make it a habit to consult the Better Business Bureau prior to proceeding with my purchase. In researching this company, apparenty they have an unsatisfactory record due to a failure to respond to delivery issues:

Best of luck, hope things work out ok for you.

Wow the place I ordered my wheels from gave me some BS that Mackin wasn't open because it's the end of the Fiscal year. Motherfuqers need to stop lying, last time I do business with them.

Oh yea I just talked to my vendor today and he told me that Mackin was closed all of last week due to their fiscal year ending.
