Any All Season Tire Recommendations?
I have to change my summer tires for the winter, I don't want to get snow tires, it doesn't snow enough in NY that I would need snow tires that badly, so I'm looking for a good set of all-season performance tires that offer good snow traction and somewhat good performance to boot...anyone had any good experiences with any that may be worth looking at?

I was actually looking at the Dunlop SP5000 Assymetrical's in 235/45/17's..They are ultra High performance, too...
The Michelin's are on my list, they are also about $100 more for the set... According to the surveys, the Dunlop edged out the Michelin's all around, including Snow driving...

I have Mich Pilot XGT Z4 and have been very happy with them. They're great in wet, dry, or snowy conditions. Also, I have already put 52000 miles on them (mostly highway) and still have quite a bit of tread on them.
I already bought a set of BFG KDWS 235/45-17s to replace them because they were considerably cheaper than the Mich and were rated higher by the Tirerack surveys. I haven't put them on yet so I can't compare them to the Mich, but I'm sure they're just as good. Since I don't have a set of summer tires, I'm more concerned with how my tires do in all conditions. I rarely drive the my TLS in the snow (that's what my Tahoe is for) so I wasn't as concerned w/ snow performance as much as wet and dry traction.
