I am looking at possibly getting American Racing Villian wheels. According to their website, the wheels are machined finish aluminum. I thought most custom wheels were made of different alloys. So, my concern is durability of these -- any thoughts?

American Racing is a good company but I don't know how their wheels are for cars. I've owned a few pairs of the Atx series for trucks.

Thanks Toddy, you beat me to it. I like the looks of it and the price seems good. They don't say if there is a clear coat, it just says machined, so I am wondering if they will get dull.
