the offset is +45 btw

The only thing about these I don't like is the way the spoks are, and with all wheels with lips.. they will look smaller than they really are.

But I think they would look pretty good.. but not better than your TLS wheels

I think those wheels would look pretty nice on a TL and better than your stock TL-S wheels.:p

will I have problem with the +45 offset?
will there be any rubbing with eibach prokit?

They're ok...the main thing is that you like 'em.
+45 offset will be cutting it close with a 7.5" wheel. To be on the safe side I would try and get a +48 offset at least, or go down to a 7" wheel.
