ADIVE:::TEIN SS ON MY 3g 04 TL

hi guys, im just wondering somthing.

i put my tein ss coilovers on my 04 tl yesterday an drove on it for the first time and its very noisy...almost as if its bottoming the shoks out but i odnt think they are. is that noise normal. also i dropped it 2 inches both front and back. is that bad?

please gimme your inputs!!!

i dont know i just picked it up from the shop.....are they usually noisy or no? also whats a safe ride height and good damper setting?

was the shocks preloaded correctly? same thing happen to me when i had my functions on my TSX

i dont know...as i said i just piked it up.... i didnt watch him do it...im only 17 so i dont exactly know what that means either..im just reallly scared somthing else is gonna break...is dropping it 2 inches bad for thre shoks?

those tien SS coilovers can go down to 2.5", so no, your ok on the drop part. However, they either did not preload the shocks or did not put back in the rubber stoppers....or the arent lined up correctly..either way i would take it back to him or get one of the members from your area to take a look at it! good luck bro
