Acura 07 Types S snow tires??
I have decided to be safe so we need a set of 4 snows to put on here in Utah for 4-5 months each year.
I could go with the stock rims and change every year for 40$
but then I cant follow The tireracks suggestion and go with smaller 205/60/R16"??? stock was 235/45/R17"..
Approved rim widths for the 205's are 5.5-7.5"series less meat on the road is better here.
Not sure I wnat to go steel with covers for about 240$ or pick up some 16" take offs. about 600$
Will they clear the brake calipers? if I go this route the dealer has the TPMS sensors in stock at 48$/ ea. ouch.
I think I want to try out the blizzak's but do I choose the REV01 or the LM25's?? I think we can keep out speed below 99 for 5 months.
Update: I did find a set of Acura take offs 17X8 rims for 800$ with sensors...
That might make a set of snows around 1500$ super ouch.

Talked to the acura parts guy today and he called up the ladder to check on the TPMS and found out that they have a diff P/N for the 07 models????
I did check out the 06 17" rims with TPMS sensors in them and they cleared the brembo's..But for 800$ and not sure if the sensors will work??
Maybe its best in the garage on bad days/weeks??
