350z wheels on a 04 tl?

Hello all,

I recently saw a picture that has me drewling over the 350z wheels. Will these fit a stock 04tl? Wheels specs are:

Front: 18x8 off. +30mm
Rear: 18x8.5 off. +33mm

Im not sure about tires but i guess its something like this

Front: 225/40/18
Rear: 245/40/18

Here is a picture of the wheel:

I saw it on a TL and loved it!!! heres a link to the picture on a TL. it will be the last two pictures on post #14:

https://acurazine.com/forums/3g-tl-photograph-gallery-96/byruns-picture-trail-622199/

I will really appreciate any help. I am kinda new to this. Let me know if you think the wheel looks good on a TL.

Thanks a lot!

Rolan

dont do it, mixing nissan and acura is just plain wrong.

its like mixing beef stew with ice cream. just doesnt make sence!

edit: but to answer your question, yes it will fit no problem

Man, I can see your point, but its just wheels, and IMHO, Nissan did a great job on these wheels.

I really like these wheels, I would definitelly mod the center caps to have the acura emblem instead of the Nissan.

Thank you for your imput.

First of all, Thank you for quoting the pictures from the other thread, did not know you could do that, but it was an awsome addition to the thread.

Second, I dont have photoshop, so I tried to do something with Paint. This is what I got.

Not bad for using paint huh!!.. jeje

Thank you.

If anyone knows about the fitment let me know, from what i have read here I think the offsets are to small and there will be some rubbing.

Also, let me know if you like the wheels.

Peace you all.

Does anybody have better pics of these rims on a TL? Also what type of tires would you need?

I think that looks good. I like the simple 5 spoke design on our TLs. I always say that if stock wheels were 18s they would be perfect. So these would be a nice subtle upgrade. 5 spoke, silver, looks classy and it fits well with those specs.

hmmm, idk... love the wheels, love the car, but i think putting them together didnt work out so well... it looks ok but it doesnt fit the car well... The TL is made of fine lines... And the Z is made of smooth curves... Mixin squares with circles my man!...lol it just looks a lil awkward... the only Nissan rims that i would get, are those badass 2010 Maxima 19inch rims!!!... but that calls for a whole new thread!!!...lol

Also because the rims are a "round" 5 spoke... call me crazy but at first glance at the balck photo shopped TL, it actually looks like a mazda 6...

I think they look pretty good on that black TL. Go for it, the specs will fit (not sure on what tires they come with though).

I'm running +30 now and it's a huge improvement looks wise over the +45 OEM wheels.

Lol yeah I really wanted some g37 or 370z rims. There is another thread on here with a TL with 19" g37 rims and they look PHENOMENAL. But the prices for those rival those of good aftermarket wheels, so that is a no go for me. Might as well pick up some used (or even new) Volks for that kind of dough

Yeah they especially look good on that chop of the black TL. I have my heart set on these now.

Yeah I'm not sure about this either, but does anyone know what kind of tires would go best for these wheels on the TL?

It's that spoiler and how low it sits. I thought the same thing too and had to do a double take.
