25mm Spacers with Stockies?

Hey does anybody have a pic of 25mm spacers with stockies?

I've searched around forums and I haven't had any luck finding pics.

I'm thinking about changing my tires soon as well, will having 245/40/17 tires and 25mm spacers make a difference? I'm trying to go for that flush look.

with your future 245/40/17's...i am not entirely sure. hopefully someone else can chime in and let you know.

From what I have seen a 25mm spacer with 245's will rub.

20mm would be about as far as I would push it.

I have 20 in the back and 15 in the front but I am lowered and have -2 degrees camber in the back so I am not completely flush, but I think if I was at a stock height that I would be flush.

I currently have 15mm all around with 245/40/18. I have a set of 20mm I haven't got around to throwing onto the back yet. I will do that soon and let you guys know if it rubs.

Excuse my ignorance but do you have to do anything to the studs or lug nuts running 15 or 20 mm spacers? Or it just bolts up?

I have 25 rear and 20 front on stock wheels and suspension, looks much better and no rubbing. Whatever size spacer you go with get 5mm less in the front to even everything out. I think 245s will be OK, but research the actual tire because the actual dimensions of 245 tires between brands can be different.

if you get the ichiba V2 spacers, they come with hubcentric rings and built in extended studs. these are the ones i bought, and they are the best there is IMO.

a monkey could install these. bolts right up

What if I wanna rock 255/40/17 on Type S rims. Will a 20 in the back and 15 in front still be good, or subtract 5mm from both?

Off topic, how is the handling with spacers of 15mm and up? I had 10mm on my speed3 and noticed a small difference.

245/40/18 on with 18x8 ET45mm (like stock offset) with 15mm front and 20mm rear on A-Spec suspension. The back rubs slightly with a person in back on huge dips that compress the rear a lot. I haven't seen any indications of tire or fender damage. It's only on the driver side too.
I think 25mm rear spacer on stock wheels with 235/45/17 will have similar issues. If you were running 245/45/17 and 25mm spacers, I have no doubt you will rub.

Does anyone use H & R trak+ wheel spacers?
They look and appear to be the best out there.
Found similar hub centric spacers only in 20mm have no 15mm for front wheels such as these on ebay http://cgi.ebay.ca/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?...=STRK:MEWAX:IT.

Or should i go with ICHIBA V2 found some folks had problems with the studs with these?

Any suggestions?

I've been using H&R products on my VW's for over 10 years and have never had any complaints, haven't tried ICHIBA so can't help there.. but have 20mm spacers on the rears/15mm fronts from the Ebay seller in the link you listed. Good quality product imo

Thanks. Trak spacers local distributor selling only 25 mm and 15 mm no 20 mm. Price is around $150 to $190.
Maybe better off getting the eBay generic spacers but will need to look for 15 mm somewhere else.
Just worried the pressed in stud bolts are weak not oem specs?

just look around on forums for used ones. I paid 100$ for each of my spacers, 15mm and 20mm on this forum. Where in canada are you? I know someone that might have 25mm spacers for sale. He's in Edmonton

Thanks, bought some cheapo online 20mm for the back wheels. Waiting for them to arrive from west coast to see if they will look on the rear wheels.
After the install i might order local parts distributor in Vaughn for H&R trak+ for 15 mm for front wheels. For $150 plus tax just to make front and rear flush.
Or i might look somewhere online for some ichiba V2?

Looks like I'm going to go with 20mm spacers in the back and 15mm spacers in the front. I would try 25mm spacers all around but I don't want to risk it since my tires are 245s. The pictures that SharksBreath put up really convinced me. Thanks bro!

And for those that are still looking for spacers, check out this thread: https://acurazine.com/forums/showthr...=spacers+stock

I'll be picking up the Akata spacers soon.

For $139.90 shipped for 20mm front and 15mm rear, it's a pretty sweet deal!

If you're lowered at all, or going to a wider tire, I definitely would suggest 20mm or 15mm. This is cutting it close and I may have to roll the fenders a bit.

25mm on the rear on 235 and a drop, you will rub IMO. Go with 20mm.

(This is all regarding the rear) I had stock 17's on with 235 and 25mm spacers and I got some rubbing on the drivers side, but the fender had been pushed in due to an accident. The damage was repaired, and I put on the 18's with 235 tires right away, and now rubs both sides. However, this is at STOCK HEIGHT in the rear.
