Are the tires with this small of a side wall safe. how are they with safety compared with the stock wheels.

 

They are as safe as any other tire from the same manufacturer in which the same materials are used. They may not be as "safe" for the wheel since hitting a hard bump with a tire w/ a low sidewall my increase the chances of a bent rim, but otherwise you will be fine.
