What year is your TL and is there any rubbing with those wheels/tires, and do you have springs etc?

Exclamation

Hey,

I've got 235/40/18 ... and let me tell you how LOUD my tires are (ask anyone who was at the Toronto meet this past w/e) ... I'm about 2/32" from the wear bars ... I've got them set around 45-48 psi. Load rating is horrible (85) whereas OEM spec is 93XL. Definitely going to upgrade to higher load tire.

To make matters worse ... one of my tires has a big leak (lost 20psi in 2 hrs). Have 3 Volk Rims on, 1 OEM TL-S rim as a substitute. Thank goodness the tire didn't blow on my way home from Toronto this w/e! (Was fine in Toronto but totally FLAT when I woke up this morning)

Stock load rating for 16's is 91H at recommended pressure os 32PSI, the stock load rating for our special 17's is 93V at recommended pressure of 32PSI, however, 91 load rating is sufficient for our vehicle. Load rating of 91 at 32PSI has a carrying capacity of 555KG

225/40/18 Pirelli P7000 are 88Y ratings, thus to bring them up to a 91 load rating at 32 PSI, those tires are required to be at at least 36PSI to 37PSI to have carrying capacity of at least 540KG.
