205-55-16's for winter

Hey all,

Hopefully someone can clarify for me. I've seen 215-55-16's at Tiretrends.com for the '04 TL as well as read that 205-60-16 fit the '04 TL (specifically for winter wheels).

I've got my old RSX-S winter wheels that are 205-55-16 but the dealer told me they would not be workable.

Is there a real risk to using my existing winter tires or is it simply not ideal?

Thanks in advance for any explanations.

as long as you have an automatic, they should fit. Call Jim at Tirerack (Ext 364) and tell him what youve got and that you want to double check that it will fit and be the right proportions for your car.
