2008 TLS Rubbing with 20s & 245/35 Tires

Hi All, I just purchased a new 2008 TLS. I then purchased new 20x8.5 Topline Avatar Black/Chrome rims with 245/35 Toyo Proxes tires. The offset on the rims was required to be a "medium offset" to clear the Brembo brakes in the front. I am happy with the look but as soon as I left the tire shop I noticed the rear wheels (on both sides) rub whenever I make a turn on go over even a slight bump. There is no rubbing just driving straight, but any little bump causes rubbing (this is with no one sitting in the back and with nothing in the trunk!) The front tires do not rub at all (unless you turn all the way left or right, thenthere is a rub, but none going over bumps)

I went back to the tire shop and they suggested going with a thinner tire (30 series) I am hesitant because 35 is already thin and I am worried about the drive quality and also rim protection. Another option given was to go with "fwd offset" on the rear tims only (keeping 35 series tires), so they would tuck more underneath the fender (this is where the rubbing is occuring) I think it would look weird to have different offsets, not to mention not being able to properly rotate tires. Does anyone have any suggestions? Is rolling the rear fenders possible? Because of the "medium offset" the tire/rims stick out just slightly enough to cause a problem with the rubbing. Plus the TLS is lower than the regular TL from the factory. Any opinions and suggestions would be appreciated. I have pictures but still trying to figure out how to post them
Thanks

Well, you could go with a 235 series, and if that doesnt help, roll fenders
