2007 TL Tire Recommendation
Hey all...I am replacing all 4 tires on my 2007 TL, 3.2. I have Nexen N3000 size 235/45-17 on there now and they've lasted 60,000 miles, mostly all highway. I don't drive much now as I walk to work, but still want a decent tire.
I live in the NE by Philadelphia so I would want an all-season for the snow, rain, etc...I found inexpensive Kumho and Sumitomo tires on tirerack. Was also thinking about the Nexen N5000 since I didn't have any issues with the N3000's...
Does anyone have any recommendations for tires? I am looking to spend $95-115 per tire. Want a nice ride as well as good traction and handling.

best tires i could think of are the Continental DWS or the Yokohama YK580's the best all season out there..you can find them for like 130 per tire...
i wouldnt put Nexen on my car..they are just a knock off brand new not good in the snow. Kumho's are okay but i would only recommend the 4X and sumitomo is usually a summer tire..
i forgot, the General G-Max AS-03 is also a really good tire. its made by continental and is the same if not better quality for the money. and i believe they are on sale now with tires rack...if it was my car i would get the Generals for 102 each or the Kumho 4X for 110 each..
go to your local discount tire..they can match Tire Racks price and just install them right there.

FWIW - your tires are the only thing connecting you to the pavement. I would not skimp on them. Good tires will pay you back over and over. I'm not saying you need to spend tons of money, but would suggest you get solid brand name tires with good ratings. People and cargo your car carries are typically considered precious.
