2007 Acura TL All Season Tire Life

I am buying a 2007 TL with 23,000 miles. It is not the type S, so it has all season tires. The tires look to me like they are almost new, but I believe they are original. How many miles did you get from your original tires?
Thanks

In my old TSX, which has the same tires, I got around 55K miles before changing them out. Welcome to AZ

I changed over from the OEM Michelin MXM4s after 40K+ (may have been at 46K or 48K-- don't recall exactly) and they probably had another 5K-10K tread wear remaining.

IIRC, the Navi cars and TL-S come with the MXM4s, the non-Navi cars have the Bridgestone Turanza EL-42s (also all-seasons) and the hi-performance optional tires were the Bridgestone Potenza RE050s (summer tires).

I still have my OEM tires in my garage 10k miles on them.

But most say it lasts from 30-40k but I find the tires scary in winter / rainy conditions.

I currently have 31K on mine and it is scary in rainy and wintry like conditions. You have to be careful of the throttle or else your tires will just spin.

I just installed the new Continental extremecontact DWS. It's by far the best I've ever had... read the reviews on tirerack... rated first in snow and wet performance. I feel much safer for my family.
