2004 Acura TL Coilovers
I need some coilovers for my car and don't know what to get. I am debating against Megan Racing, H&R or D2 Coilovers. I just want my car to be lowered and still have good confront. I don't want Tein. Please help me out.

I think a majority of Acurazine members have TEIN products on their car, either springs or coilovers. XLR8 ISC Coils have become pretty popular and seem to have great reviews.

To each his own I guess
Most research I did had Tein being one of the best options. Maybe not as good as something that might cost $1,500 or more, but that kind of gets into a whole new category.

Any coilover will get you low and have *almost* the same feeling as stock.
you came here for us to pick out one for you.
thats not how it works!
List your goals.
What do you want out of the suspension? (be more specific than"low and comfort" because all can do that)
next thing would be to compare the specs of each coilover.
which one goes lower?
which one has a stiffer damping option?
which one has stiffer springs?
which coilover provides the most rebound?
Which coilover has the same droop as stock?
Does the coilover in question come with everything i need in order to install right out of the box?
How easy is adjusting height?
how easy is it to adjust damping?
Do I want to be low as possible?
these questions will help you find your ULTIMATE GOAL!
once you know your goal, choosing a product WILL BE MUCH EASIER.
Remember a smart consumer is a well informed consumer.

Where have you been reading bad reviews on Tein coils? As CLtotheTL said, many members here have Tein coils, myself included and I love them. If you want a nice drop with OEM or better comfort, Tein is the way to go.

Go here
http://www.heeltoeauto.com/tein-susp...a80-2uss2.html
When you check out, enter "swoosh" into the coupon code.
Keep in mind Tein coils DO NOT include the top hats, ect. You must reuse your OEM parts. Or you can have HeelToe install them for you.
If you plan on going to 2", you may want a camber kit...

OP, i would take the advice of your fellow acura enthusiasts that know what they are talking about VS some body shop trying to sell you parts.
tein is a tried and tested and more importantly, PROVEN brand for our cars.

Why would you shop on eBay when you can buy from a respected Vendor here AND get a discount?

^for what it's worth, you'd probably get a better deal from one of our vendors here on acurazine AND you'd be supporting a company that advertises on this forum. not to mention customer service, coupon codes, warranty, etc.
**EDIT. austin, get out of my head. kthxbye.**
