19x9.5 +40 offset; need advice.

So yes, I have been searching like crazy but can't find an absolute answer. I am going to be running 19x9.5 40 offset wheels (all 4 corners) on my completely stock 07 TL, will 245/35/19's suffice without and rubbing issues? It's not lowered, yet...

I am looking to go with 245, not 235.

I believe I have 245-35-19 with a +45 offset to clear the Brembro calipers.
I have the H&R sport drop without rubbing.

245 will more than likely rub the front, they shouldn't rub in the rear tho. I'd go with 235 in the front.

Will the 235's up front clear the strut?
