HI. I need some help! I'm running front 225/40/19 with 15mm spacer and Rear 255/35/19 no spacer. Car is dropped Front 1.2" and rear is 1.3" on Tein H Tech. I'm rubbing on the front. Any suggestion? Please help!
thanks!

What is the width of the rim?
What is the original offset?
Rubbing on the outside fender portion or the inside suspension side? When does the rubbing occur? Left/Right turn, uphill, downhill etc....?
To start the 225/40/19 tire is .76" taller than stock with 2.99% slower ratio on the speedo and a difference of approx 2.92% in diameter. This is within the tolerable 3% variance allowed but at the upper spectrum.
You're better off running 225/35/19 that is .12" smaller than stock.
This tire size is closer to the stock diameter at .48% diameter difference and only .47% speedo difference too fast.
The 225/35/19 is more ideal for you because it's the closest to stock diameter and almost 1" smaller with the lower 35 series profile than the size you elected to go with. Probably the difference make right now in with your set up problem.
Once you provide the rest of the rim specs we'll have a better idea but my money is on your current tire size at almost 1" taller than the stock diameter. At this point my suggestion looks to the be the culprit but could also be too aggressive spacer usage but we'll know soon once additional details are provided.

front is 19x8.5 35 and rear 19x9.5 40
it rubs a little bit when there is a little bump on the road. rubbing is on a side of the fender near the headlight area.

I was gonna say....there was no way ur rubbin if those specs were after the spacers...front tire size is def wrong for a 19 wheel...should be 225/35 to 235/35...but we need to know what your offsets are after spacers..and that is a very conservative drop too...hmmmmm...

Isn't the obvious answer to remove the spacers and give yourself an extra 15mm of clearance to the fenders?

If your fenders are already rolled I guess my next advice would be to buy wheels that fit.

^^^Just realized you're on 225/40's on a TL, (was thinking RL). Go to 35's, if it still rubs get new wheels....

You'll be saving abit more than .75" of an inch by using the 35 series profile that could help you out abit. I would jack up the car and see where the rub is and if it's the tab that Italiano is referring to. I'm new to TL specifics and tire stretching but not wheel sizing and calculations. I really hope the tire size is your difference maker and that's all that is required. Can't stand losing tires due to camber or premature wear, breaks my heart every time.
