19 inches ronjon wheels with 245/40/19 tires?

I am planning to get Ronjon inspyre 19. what size do I have to get for the rims and tires?

I am planning to put 245/40/19 tires... 35 is too thin for pot hole haeven(NYC)

I have 0.7 drop for the car with tein springs

I have about little less than two finger gap between fender and tires with

18' a-spec rims with 245/40/18 tires

You can get the price from http://www.ronjonwheels.com/

Just an FYI, the 40 series tire will throw your speedo off a bit

actually it does matter, because as a result throws off your odometer, it'll report more miles driven than you actually did, reducing the value of your care

You won't rub, but if your gonna go with a tire that big, why not just go with 18", thats what they will look like in the end. Maybe a 225/40/19 will fit better, or even a 235/40/19, but 245/40/19 is HUGE.

now I have 1 finger gap between tires and fender with 245/40/18 ....definetely gonna touch the fender if I put 245/40/19....TT

so if I get 235/40....does the tires go inside of the fender?

what is your recomantadaion? and which tires?

It's actually the other way around. It will register 5.5% LESS miles than actual. So if your odo says 10,000 miles, the car actually has put 10,550 miles.

Correct bigger tires will be slower to rotate, and thus make the speedo read slow and put less miles on the car. The tire you are wanting is 1 inch exactly larger, since it is the same sized tire and one inch larger wheel. The tire will be half above and below the wheel, so the car will sit about .5 inches higher off the ground and have about .5 inches less fender gap. It should be ok, but I would go with like a 255/35, the larger first # will give you the same heighth with the second # being smaller since it is a percentage of the first. This sized tire will give you the same ride height and about the same sidewall to absorb those bumps out east.

Well, with those wheels and the 245s, you shouldn't rub, keep in mind as the tire travels up, it bends in slightly with the camber. and put your finger up inside the wheel whell and see how it clears if the tire kept traveling higher. We have a ton of guys running the 245/35/19s with no problem and tucking, so if you did a 235/40 19, i don't see how that would be a problem, while still increasing the sidewall.

Anit: not right now, but the wheels can be custom finished by alot of places in CA.

You have to call in for a quote, or for a dealer in your area if available.
