Heck!!! If you can afford the extra $1000 for the HREs, go for it!!!! HRE wheels are like the "Rolax" of wheels... you can't go wrong... Enkei Aegis... isn't bad either... but I know with the HRE wheels, that'll make you different, really different... and depending on your income... another $1000 might just be worth it...
Around the gym.... (lots of rich folks), I see HRE wheels on "high end" cars... so, it would be awesome to have them on your TL! (not that TLs arn't nice cars... but when I say "high end" cars, I mean... Vipers, NSX... Modenas etc....)

I agree, spend an extra $1k and get the HRE's.
Are the Aegis 19x7.5 and how much rubber do you have left?

Yet... HRE sure looks nice and they cost some $$$$$....
I like HRE quite a lot... but I heard that thier rims are not as strong as Volk Racing, and their rims aint' all that light weight...
but some thing to be sure is that HRE is rare, at least compared to HR, Volk, BBS... HRE got more custom, rare kinda feeling on them...

Yeah, I guess HREs are like Rolex watches, but you never bent a Rolex by stepping into a pothole, or scuffed a Rolex by walking too close to a curb. What I'm saying is if you use your TL as a daily driver, you'll end up taking those "high end" wheels to places you wouldn't bring expensive things to. Honestly, would you still wear your Rolex playing sports or any other strenous activity. Probably not. You'd take it off. And unlike a watch, it takes more than a few seconds to change out wheels.
Yeah, go ahead and spend a grip load on those "exclusive" wheels, but their price tag doesn't prevent them from getting scuffed or dented any more or less than a high quality, "affordable" wheel.
But yes, they still do look good, even at that price.

man you must be burnin' hundreds in the fireplace man!!!
after all the hassle and cost of getting high-dollar wheels, I sure don't think it would be worth it to me personally to sell the car right after I made the investment!!!! :wow:
too bad too...I was REALLY lookin' forward to seeing them HRE's on your TL man. That was gonna be hot!!
Good luck with your new vehicles, and don't forget to stop by every now and then!!
