Those are some pretty ridiculously aggressive specs for a TL - 18x9.75 +20 for the XXR 530s was already a nightmare, I can only imagine what +10 would be like. Expect to have to do a lot of work if you don't want to rub like crazy / chop up your tires.
As far as clearance, you should clear brembos with no problems. Most people with about +28 were fine. But again, you're going to be in for a world of hurt fitment wise
