18x7.5 | 45mm | 235/45/18 | Tein Coiloever | Work?

It's almost time to get new tires and i'm decided wheather to get new rims. I was wondering haveing 18x7.5 rims with 45 mm offset with 235/45/18 tires will have inner rub? Since i have Teins i don't really worry about outer rubbing as much. 235/40/18 matches better with stock size. I don't mind if the speedometer is off, would it look better with 235/45 or 235/40?

235/45 is too wide and too tall, it will rub. Your best bet is 225/40 and you should worry about outer rubbing because it's annoying and dangerous, not to mention unnecessary wear on your tires.

Thanks for the info. What i meant by not worrying about the outter rubbing is because I can raise the car with the coilovers to clear the rubbing

All depends on the offset.

I got 19 x 8 with a +49 offset and 225/35/19 tires with teins all the way down. Only rubs when turning into driveways. Other than that, no problems really.
