a couple questions to ask - are you lowered? do you have BBK? if you are not lowered, and have no big brake kit you should be okay. I am sitting about 24" from ground to fender in front and 24.5" in rear on BC coils, I am running 18 x 10 +25 squared on 245/40 rubber. I have rolled and pulled the fenders front and rear, but i didn't even need to do any of the rolling/pulled on the rear, but did anyway in the event I want to drop more...
So you will sit about 13mm further out or about 1/2", which would give you more inner clearance for BBK - best thing would be to test fit (if you are able to).
Here's a shot for comparison - keep in mind your would wheels would sit out slightly further...

6 speed, aahh, i'm pretty sure you have the big brake kit that comes with the 6 speed TL - 04 - 06 6speeds, and the 07-08 Type S came with the upgraded big brakes in the front, a good tool to use is the New wheel/tire thread - https://acurazine.com/forums/tires-w...d-pics-577276/
I don't have the BBK, so I can't completely be sure they'll clear...check the pic - if they look like ones on the left, that's the BBK they probably won't have the Acura Logo on it

Okay so my front breaks are like the picture on the left..would i be able to run spacers in the front if it becomes an issue?

I tried looking through those new wheel/tire threads to see if anyone esle has ran the same wheem specs, didn't see any.
