18" TSW Kyalami
Just purchased these in 18x7 with a 42 offset. I ordered the hyperblack with polished lip. Tires will be Falken 512 225/40/18. What do you guys think? Any rubbing issues?

Its four rims down from the top.

Effective outboard increase of .95" compared to stock. Much less than guys running 7.5" +45 offsets. It's possible that you may need to trim but highly unlikely. Post pics when you get them on.

I have 18x7 +42 offset wheels with 225/45/18 tires and no drop. The rear bumper tabs definitely needed to be trimmed off. Even so, I still have very minor rear metal fender scraping problem when car is fully loaded. Since you're using 225/40/18, you may just be able to get away from the scraping or rubbing problem.

JeffyTL-
I've been looking at those TSW wheels for a while. Do you have them on your TL yet? I'm wondering how they look. Do you have some pics you can send me? hit me at steven@skdavisgroup.com
Thanks

I have those wheels
I have these wheels sitting on my shop floor right now. I have the 18x8 in Chrome with 245-40-18 tires. I am waiting for my wife to bring me the car so I can put them on. I will let everyone know how it turns out once I get them installed. I think they will look great. I have only owned the car a week today and I have already done a bunch of stuff. I debadged the car, tinted the windows, and have ordered the ky hole cover and a spoiler that won't be here till next week.

they are on
I just finished installing the wheels. I can't see a fitment problem anywhere. I will have to post some pics when I get them. I think they look very good, might have to do some springs in the future.

I own a small automotive business so I bought them from a distributor. I took a few pics inside that turned out okay. If I can figure out how to post them I will.
