18+8.5 Front 19+8.5 rear?

I'm sure someone has, should be no problem, but it depends on the offset, and the particular wheel you want to use if you have a Type-S (because of the Brembo's).
I think it's a brilliant set-up IMO, the front is so much smaller than the rear, aesthetically it will look more correct than using the same size F&R.

I'm currently running a similar set up, 18.8 w/ 225/40 front & 19x9.5 w/ 235/35 rear. My old set up was 19.8.5 w/ 215/35 & 19x9.5 w/ 235/35 rear. The reason I switch was because my front wheel bent & couldn't be saved when I hit a pot hole, running a 215/35 tire was violent on the front end w/ pot holes, speed bumps, etc. So I wanted more meat up front & decided to go w/ 18s, plus I still wanted to keep my staggered look. Discount tire calculated a 18 w/ 225/40 up front would give me and overall same wheel height w/ my 19s in the rear. So now my front end ride quality is much better w/ a beefy tire, but the rear is still pretty violent.
