18 or 19 inch Axis Hiro?

i got a 2006 wdp tl with a spec drop... wondering which size wheel would look best?

19" x 8.5" +35 offset fit over Brembo's. I had a set in HYPER SILVER

But AXIS stopped making them in that finish So stupid

They only make them in black now

i dont got brembos.... so wondering if i sohuld just get the 18s since tires are cheaper too

Go with the 19's, they look so much better on our cars. 18's can be pulled off and look nice as well, but a lot depends on stance and style of rim.

i just want a clean look. no crazy stance. i just want more then a stock look

I have done a 1" drop with 18" wheels and it didnt look half as good as buying 19" wheels and lowering the car about -1.5" F&R with Tein SS coilovers.
I learned the hard expensive way to learn I didnt like 18" wheels or Just Eibach Pro Spring kit

any pictures of your car with 1 inch drop with 18s then with the 19's?

Here is mine on 18s then 19s and the drop is Comptech ... about an inch..





Now with the A-Spec lips etc

First of all, for picking Hiros. LOVE those wheels.

I'd go with 19's.

i say go with 19s looks a lot better IMO i used to own 2 sets if those rims super heavy but its ok

AXIS SHINE look awesome. If you want silver you have to get these wheels. AXIS HIRO only come in black now

the hiros are not too too heavy... they are about 22 lbs each wheel. pretty similar to the 04-06 stock wheel isnt it?

I think my 19"x8.5" Axis Hiro's were 25+ pounds.

ah crap i meant the 18 hiros were lighter then 18 inch a spec wheels and it was those 2 i was choosing from

just went to check out the wheels(used wheels) and on the phone the guy tells me there is super minor damage on it(curbage) so i said ok. we both meet in the middle(40 minute drive each of us) and i get there and 3/4 wheels are curbed all the way around and i said buddy you wasted my time and he was uber pissed and left.
